HOW A PHOTO DAY WORKS

The day starts with a clear plan.

Every school and kindergarten has its own routine. We plan the session with your institution, taking everyday life into account.

The idea and the setting

Tell us about your institution, the children's ages, the approximate number of classes or groups, and your preferred period. We will discuss the photographs you have in mind and what the setting allows.

Children's names or photographs are not needed for this first conversation.

Preparing with your institution

Before the photo day, we agree on dates, spaces, the order of sessions and a contact person. We also discuss how parents will be informed and the documentation needed for the particular session.

This is a good time to discuss practical constraints and particular needs.

On the day

The photographers work to the agreed plan. We take individual portraits, class or group photographs and any other scenes discussed in advance.

The precise plan depends on the institution and the chosen photographs.

After the photo day

We pass the photographs on through the agreed process. Information about viewing and ordering is provided through Foto Angels. Online Photos helps with order enquiries.

Can we choose the types of photographs?

Yes. We discuss the idea before the photo day. Individual portraits, class or group photographs and other scenes are agreed with the institution's setting and timetable in mind.

Who informs parents?

We discuss the arrangements for informing parents and the necessary documentation with your institution before the photo day. Please consult the organiser and your institution for information about your particular session.

Who can help with access to photographs or an order?
